Lucy specialises in strategic change and transformation, helping you to think through what change is needed, and establishing initial strategies, plans and programme structures, tailor made for your organisation.
With a strong background in Programme Management, she is passionate about simplifying change and programme management processes for customers, to make sure the focus in on delivering the programme, not administering it. Lucy has worked in Local Government, Police, Private Sector and a public/private partnership, as well as some work with the voluntary sector.
She has experience of change and transformation at an organisation wide level, as well as specific programmes around Adult Social Care, Regional Adoption Agencies, Workforce Plans, business support and customer channel shift programmes.
In addition Lucy has commercial experience around public/private contractual relationships, and traded services in the public sector, and is experienced working with staff at all levels in the organisation, as well as political members.
Lucy is a member of Society of Local Authority Chief Executives (SOLACE), the Change Management Institute and a Board Member at People’s Powerhouse. She is currently authoring a book on how organisations managed change during the COVID-19 pandemic

Specialist Associate: Education, Leadership and Management
Stan has worked in education for over 40 years; in the teaching profession, in local authorities as a Senior School Advisor and as the Head of School Improvement in a North East local authority. He is currently Managing Director of Athena Education Limited, and has previously worked for Ofsted, and in Local Government. Trueman Change work closely with Stan to provide clients in the education sector with meaningful evaluations and support to drive change and school improvement.
Stan also specialises in leadership and management, and can support senior managers in all sectors strengthen their skills and approach in leadership. Stan can provide leadership team away days, training and support/mentoring around team dynamics. An accredited practitioner of mindflick’s spotlight profiling technique he can provide insight into how individuals and teams best perform.

A strong Programme Manager and business change consultant, Linsey specialises in finding innovative solutions to organisational and business problems. Taking a structured approach to delivery, Linsey helps our clients translate organisational vision and strategy into a dynamic, robust, and deliverable plan for change.
Linsey is imaginative and future-orientated, often working with intensive bursts of energy, generating ideas through conversation and continuously adapting to business needs. Linsey is a great conversationalist, resilient, and a strong negotiator who is effective at leading group meetings, making presentations and acting as the single point of contact with clients.
Linsey has 11 years’ experience in project, programme and portfolio management in rapid change environments within both the public sector and also FCA–regulated private sector organisations. Linsey currently works alongside public sector clients to deliver programme and project management, while supporting the creation of internal client Programme Management Capacity.
As well as effectively driving change and delivering projects, Linsey produces high quality, fit for purpose reports, business cases, strategies and project/programme documentation.

Lizzi is our Project Officer, with a unique background and extensive experience working as both an officer and as an elected member in the public sector. She has worked in the NHS, local government and public/private partnerships, with a focus on public health, mental health and project management.
Lizzi’s previous projects have included: independent evaluations, public consultations and campaigns, fund raising, service re-design and co-design pieces, and sustainable improvements for community services.
Lizzi is skilled in public speaking and carrying out engagement, particularly in service user groups and with the public. As a Project Officer, she supports our public sector clients through their change journeys providing much needed structure, planning and practical help, bringing her wealth of experience to the table in public services .

Paul specialises in business transformation and project management. He has a strong passion for delivering improvements to the public sector, listening to customers and designing services to meet their needs. His experience includes identifying core issues, increasing value and realising sustainable efficiencies. Paul is passionate about the public sector and has 30 years’ experience working in local government across the UK and has also worked in the NHS.
