Trueman Change Joins National Framework

We are delighted to announce that we have secured accreditation on another national procurement framework! Public Sector clients can now commission us directly through the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 12 Framework.

Our Managing Director Lucy Trueman says, “We are care about everything Local Government and the wider public sector, and we’re excited to be part of national frameworks that will allow our clients to access our services as easily as possible.”

Services you can commission Trueman Change for on the frameworks include:
  • Change management planning: Trueman Change can work with you and your people to really understand your change journey. We will map out its impact and produce practical action plans to support you through change.
  • Through our change readiness assessment survey and report, together we will understand your change maturity. As a result, you will be better prepared for the future.
  • Running co-design workshops for staff, service users and stakeholders, and creating process maps. We can walk through changes and identify improvements. In addition, our workshops will ensure your change journey has the right people around the table to design the best possible solution. This means that we will start you off on the right foot with your engagement.
  • Project planning at the start of a project. We can work with you to organise your documents, producing timelines and detailed plans. After that we will conduct an initial risk assessment.
  • Project/programme management, acting as your delivery partner. We can become embedded in your organisation and deliver projects with, and for, you.
