We are delighted to announce that following a recent recruitment drive we welcome Paul Norris to the Trueman Change team!
Paul has extensive experience working in the public sector, including Local Authorities across the country and the NHS. His previous projects have included:
- Service transformation around health and social care, transport and cultural services
- Whole council transformation
- Customer focussed service improvement
- Staff training
- Culture change
- Shared services
Paul has worked throughout the UK and Ireland in county and district councils as well as some private sector experience and will be joining Trueman Change as a Senior Project Manager.
